Welcome to the 2026–2027 Bowen PTO Annual Fund
This year, we’re making it easier for every Bowen family to participate, connect, and enjoy the school year together. The PTO’s all-inclusive model means no entry fees for PTO events, with the Annual Fund supporting student enrichment, classroom resources, and free community events throughout the year.
We’re asking every Bowen family for an annual contribution of $175 — or whatever you’re able to give. Our goal this year is $40,000.
Every gift matters: donations of any size help support our students and school community.
Everyone is included: every Bowen student and family has access to 100% of PTO programs and events, regardless of ability to contribute.

How does the PTO spend donations?
Community Building = Back to Picnic, Halloween Party, Grade Meetups, Room Parents, Spring Carnival and more.
Other School Support = Belonging & Equity, Family Support, Playground, Staff Appreciation, Technology and more.
Fundraising Expenses = Adult Mystery Night, Bowen Book Fair, Spring Raffle, Spirit Wear and more
Did you know there is a very good chance that the company you work for will match your donation? Here is a link to a list of thousands of companies who make matching donations. Check if your company is on the list as it usually takes very little effort to receive a match. Our Treasurer can help you through the process and give you copies of receipts or a charitable donation certification status for the PTO.
